香港和新加坡 - Media OutReach - 2023年4月6日 - 纳斯达克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited("AGBA""汇邦")宣布于2023年4月5日订立一份买卖协议,收购Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd -- 一家在新加坡获得正式许可的财务顾问和保险经纪公司。AGBA连同其子公司统称"AGBA集团"或"汇邦集团",为一家总部在香港的领先一站式金融超市。
